November 7, 2006		replaced the erroneous occurrences of U+0069 i LATIN SMALL LETTER I with U+0456 і CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER BYELORUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN I; thanks to Arthur Reutenauer for providing this update. Replaced the occurrences of ’ by U+02BC ʼ MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE, to conform to the EKI letter database.
September 4, 2006		stage 4: OHCHR identified as the source, complete XML contributed by Adobe Systems.
