June 27, 2015		ISO 639-3 ccx has been retired, as it was a generic name. Switching to the most spoken language in the group, zyb, “Zhuang, Yongbei”.
September 10, 2006		[Eric Muller] merged paragraphs 2 and 3 of the preamble which are obviously the second recital. Resolved the HYPHEN.
September 4, 2006		stage 4: OHCHR identified as the source, complete XML contributed by Adobe Systems.
