June 27, 2015		ISO 639-3 flm has been retired, as it was a generic name. Switching to the most widely spoken language in the group, cfm, “Chin, Falam”.
August 4, 2008		stage 4: OHCHR identified as the source, complete XML contributed by Eric Muller.
