September 10, 2006		[Eric Muller] repaired an encoding problm. The original U+0160 Š LATIN CAPITAL LETTER S WITH CARON (UTF-8 <C5, A0>) was munged in to <U+00C5, U+00A0>, and similarly for the lowercase.
September 4, 2006		stage 4: OHCHR identified as the source, complete XML contributed by Adobe Systems.
